Well, haven’t posted for ages, and thought I’d try and get back into the habit. Just got back from a great run with JC in tow - dragged him up Bex hill, but it was worth it for the run down Easebourne Street - route is on Sanoodi (http://www.sanoodi.com/route/philjclarke/110517/25-11-2007/). Then we popped into the Spread for a quick swim - excellent.
AND we won our match this morning - 3-2 against Worthing Rebels, with Ben scoring too!
